The maximum recommended daily amount is 20 ml
When consuming it for the first time, we recommend drinking GladiatorPLUS daily over a longer period of time (40-80 days). Continuous consumption 3 times a week is then recommended. The amount consumed can be adjusted to personal needs as part of the consumption recommendation. Example: stir 10 ml in juice / water in the morning and in the afternoon, or drink it straight. (If required 1 x 20 ml or 2 x 10 ml daily)
